New Theme at LONG LONG LAST

I tried a few times last night finding a theme and none that I could find that I really really loved.

So today found this theme and I think it looks lovely.

Ideally I would love to get a new sidebar Picture of Gif made but that can wait.

I have also added in the Submit Tag so if you have any News or Pics of Van or Tyler that I might not find (Yes however shocking as that might be) feel free to submit it too one of the Admin’s Here.

If you have any issues with the Colour’s of the Theme please comment I thrive on people’s feedback.

The third ep of Eastsiders will be online via the logo site this Tuesday from 4PM EST. Which is awesome if you’re in America.. but a whole lot less awesome for all of us outside of America. Just try watching a video on the logo site, see how that goes (spoiler alert - you won’t be able to) and since there is still no official solution for this problem.. you’re going to have to be creative if you want to see the ep..

Choreographer Tyler Hanes trained Marco Zunino and the cast of “The Boy from Oz” we’ll see in the theater district.

Stay positive and take risks,” the choreographer who was in Peru for two weeks to train the cast of the musical “The Boy from Oz”, a co-production of Preludioy Carlos Arana said.

That boldness was what characterized the actions of Peter Allen, on whose life the show is based. And this is what Tyler has to address in the interpretation of Marco Zunino.

”What intrigued me [about Allen] is that he had a lot of freedom in his dance. He was uninhibited. All shows were fresh and new,” he says as someone who has also been in a Broadway performance about the Australian artist. “I try to capture that with Marco. I encourage him to do his version of Peter. It’s amazing to see him evolve into character. I‘m excited to see how far in the premiere,” he adds

Marco’s training with Tyler began in January in New York. The choreographer had an idea in mind: to see him tap dance like Allen.
“I wanted to push him beyond his limits and what he feels comfortable doing,” he explains.

Generally the biggest choreographic challenge of the musical has been the mix of genres, since the story spans from 1950 to early 1990. With a grand finale inspired by Rio’s carnival.

“The Boy from Oz”, starring Hugh Jackman was the first Broadway production in which Hanes starred. He remembers especially the dedication of the Hollywood actor.

“He was very open, honest and generous. Probably the best acting coach I ever had. Loves the theater and works hard. See the process with Marco is very similar,” comments Tyler, who will return in April to give the cast the last instructions in the theater district.

The actor began acting and dancing at age 7. At 17 he had his first job in “Fosse”.

“I learned a lot about myself. All shows have taught me something. Now I feel I can enjoy things more,” says Tyler who also starred in other Broadway and off Broadway productions like Hairspray and Juno.
